can u imagine, why would a customer at CPF Service Centre ask you how to spell the word "PHARMACY"? i mean, in CPF SC, the most common topic that the customers ask you are their money (to put in nicer words, its their funds in the different accounts). so of course even if there was somebody who needed help to spell a word, it would be "MONEY". how on Earth is "Pharmacy" related to "Money"? it would have been more meaningful if the word was "Hospital", because at least it will be related to "MediSave". HAHA!
anyway, thats for a weird customer. next, its another DEMANDING customer. why on Mother Earth, should we change the computer system because of this donkey?!?she was helping a friend to ask about some CPF statement thingy.
~this was what she said, "how do you go about getting your CPF statement?"
~me - get a SingPass from this Q and log into the website, you should be able to get at least the last 4 years of contribution history. otherwise if you already have it, then u can use the computers at the E-Lobby to print out.
~she - YA!i know.but its all in English.do you have the website in mandarin?!
~me - no, we don't. we only have it in English, we do not have it in the other 3 languages.
so from this moment, she started to be arrogant. she started saying things like "how about those who are Chinese-educated and do not know English?", "what if they are doing it at home and do not have any assistance?" etc.etc.etc.
C"mon lahx Auntie! we can't change the system just for YOUR friend.if you think you are a smart-alec, then write in and complain about the system, and not step into the SC and start ranting about the languages problem!unless we have MORE complains about it, then we will consider having it in all 4 languages, maybe even have an audio (dialect) for the ah-mas and ah-gongs right? Dumb.
another thing that is bothering me & jingying & the thana is the BIG, FAT CATERPILLAR!.OMGness, the caterpillars are like soooo damn disgusting, according to what grace said, its like kiwi with thorns!DAMN!i would not dare to eat kiwi ANYMORE! plus, since they are crawling up and down the building, some customers actually step on them and squashed them under their feet!OMG!THIS IS SO GROSS!

another day has just passed, now its 19 minutes into 13th April 2006. and i am sooo bored!just now initially i wanted to take a bus to the airport, but decided not to, wanted to take to clementi interchange instead.but halfway through the journey, nearing my house, i decided to alight, hence i came home early today.
now all alone in my room, i hear the clocks ticking&tocking away, the noises from the hitting of the keyboard, the compressor running from the air-conditioner and suddenly i felt like i am being deprived of something, but i do not know what is it.hiax.
