Brought the other laptop to acer service center today 'cos its a mess. I have no idea what did my brother or sister do to it. Anyways, jingying was also supposed to accompany me to acer too! But she didn't cos she was having flu and was planning on meet her Pumpkin Patch ex-colleagues later in the evening. So since i was already outa my house, might as well just go right? HA!

After settling the laptop's stuffs, (it took only a mere 1/2 hour but i've spent close to 2 hours on travelling!) i've decided to go town to re-do my nails, cos the paint were peeling and my 3-D flower's leaves dropped! Then JINGYING TEXTED ME! MUAHAHA! That's how we ended up meeting for a mini-beauty therapy at far east, and later in the evening together with fee we had dinner at Streets Cafe.Restaurant at the basement of Raffles City (with recommendation from Ah Koh (Geraldine) HAHA!) i'm always fascinated by their transparent chairs (obviously the legs of the chairs arnt 'cos they're made of metal?)

Anyways sidetrack abit, we did our mani at a different place from the last! We did it at Nails Bar! HAHA! The lady who was attending to us is Ann, check out their webby: http://nailsbar.com.sg/ Ohh... the colour theme of the place is purple and black with those you know flowy flowery motifs on the wall, how L'Amour right? Although the place may be a little small, but there's a cosy feeling ;) And the chairs! AWW~~~ resembles some royal chair. HAHA! So when the customer sits on it, it makes her feel grand almighty HAHA!!! Ann was joking that Jingying gota pay extra 5S$ 'cos she's sitting on that while waiting for her turn. MUAHAHA. Her service's rather good. She's very friendly and makes sure that her cusomers are very comfortable and satisfied! HAHA. Seems like Ann's the lady boss (by the way she's not very old ok, by the looks of it, i guess she probaby in her mid early twenties and she's quite petite in size and pretty. :)) and her sister is either her partner or her worker cos i kept hearing her sister asking her about stuffs. When we left the shop and i was about to to hand jingying her hp, the keychain accidentally knocked onto one of her nails causing a dent, then we walked back and got it fixed! Ann was delightedly to paint another coat of red on it. And as for my 6 rinestones, she didnt charged me 'cos she didnt know how to she said. HAHA. oh! By the way, i just found that you can book online for an appointment. HAHA! (No pictures 'cos we were too shy ;p)

Okies, back to the main topic. DINNER AT STREETS CAFE.RESTAURANT! OH! and yes it's also the day Fee lose her hair's viginity!!! HAHA! Read carefully! I meant her tresses!!! What are you thinking of? ;p she highlighted it! So look out for the streaks of browns on her hair in the pics! ;D

AND SEE THE RED NAILS! JINGYING FINALLY DID HER RED NAILS! HAHA! and its Satisfying! MY BLINGS TOO!!! LOVE'EM.

And when the dessert came, we were still taking pictures non-stop, until one of the waitresses asked if we ordered for the sake of taking pictures or for comsuming! HAHA! Anyways, we were so indugled in taking pictures&pictures&pictures that we actually stacked whatever we could find (e.g cellphone, wallets, notebooks etc) to place the cammy and self timer-ed it. HAHA! Otherwise could you suggest a better way? HAHA

After Streets! We were about to head for the train, when i remember about Fee's request for the ATM. HAHA! So we went back to the ATM and Q-ed. While Q-ing, fee couldn't find her card so we stood there and dig her bag/purse for it. Still couldn't find so we headed out to the foutain area and while Fee's finding for her card, jingying and i took PICTURES again! hehe.

After awhile, we left and headed home cos the card was no where in sight. Ended up, the card was in another bag (Fee just MSN-ed us) -.- HAHA! So all our efforts to find for the card were just in vain.

TA-DA! BACK TO MY LAST FEW EPISODES OF SURGEON BONG DAL HEE!

Oh, have i told you, i've decided to change taste for a while. I've decided to watch romance, medical drama. Like food, go Western at times, don't eat Eastern all the time. No fun. HAHA! GO THORACIC SURGEONS!

Although it takes a little while to watch those open heart surgeries but still hey! that's a dummy, nothing much, its not really humans, even the blood, i think they used red paint! So its not very digusting. MUAHAHAH *evil~

Yesterday was movie date with fee and jingying at cineleisure. We caught Wedding Daze, starring Isla Fisher from Definately, Maybe (caught this with Rachel after work, some time back). hmm...i wouldn't watch it a second time.

Then tea-ed and dessert at XinWang HK Cafe. Then HOMME SWEEET HOOMME.

'Cos my mom brought my brother for his friend's birthday dinner treat so i've got to settle my own meal. How? Met jingying and her bf, aldric and edwin for dinner at the new Botak Jones branch at Serangoon!!!

No more free flow of fries, but doesn't really affect me for the fact that their serving per set is pretty much for 2 persons. Anyways, HA! Over dinner was really funny. Only we know. Muahaha.

Selegie Soya Beancurd (Opposite Punggol Nasi Lemak) aftermath. Oh and about this! Tsk tsk, not a very good experience. Why? 'Cos after we are done with soya, jingying's boyfriend headed to the loo, so we 4 sat at the table and talked while waiting. Then the stall auntie came and asked if we could leave the table since we were done eating as there were other people waiting (indirectly chasing us away). Wh0 will be in the right mind to chase his/her customer away? That's sucks. Should have said we're still buying more and i'll see her expression mans. TSK.

Oh! and it's the day jingying change image! HAHA! Now she's got bang and straight hair. She's finally did rebonding and treatment something she's been wanting to do for long.

The mediacorp interview got postponed to today from yesterday at the last minute. But since i was already on the bus i thought i should go for a walk at least a walk is better than rotting at home! HAHA. So at bugis' Diva, in 10 minutes, i spent 25$ -.- Oh-so-Sinful (plus now that i'm not working, so i dont have extra kaching coming in! :O) HAHA

Diva was having sale (that's probably the main reason why i went in HAHA)! but however, outa 3 items ive got, only 1's from the under 6S$ shelf. Usual price was 10S$, and i got it for 3S$! What a steal, i thought! HAHA! Its the brown one! :)

Anyways, met up with Rachel after work, cos intially there was supposed to have an interview scheduled for me at her workplace too - to replace her! She's transferring to the creative department from the account servicing in an advertising co! Cool huh. But due to some problems, got scheduled to mid-August instead. Meanwhiles, im still looking for jobbby.

Done with BAD COUPLE! It's a little like Devil wears Prada and Sex and the city. Only a tiny little bit of resemblence. Dang Ga (the main character) holds a very interesting occupation, the fashion magazine editor, and she makes me feel like working for the editorial team of either Project Smitten / Seventeen too!!! :))))

Brought jingying to killiney for Kolo Noodles! HA! but she says it's the same branch as the one at Vivo!! How cann!!! Vivo's not yummy! haha. Then she concluded problem lies with the chief. Orh.

Walked around town then decided to do our nails! HAHA! AND I FINALLY DID THE 3D FLOWER! MUHAHA. one and only on my left thumb :)

See our twin sandels! HAHA! from U.R.S. Nopes, we didn't get it on the same day. Quite awhile back already. haha

Im like always meeting her on fridays. LOL

In the midst of kdrama-ing : Bad Couple / 불량커플

Quite funny but have got to ta-han the main actress's silly actions in the first few episodes first. Otherwise then i doubt you will continue watching 'cos it happened to me before. I got so sick of her stupid/silly actions so i almost gave up watching but my itchy fingers fast-forward the show and ta-da! I've got hooked! (yet again,yes) HAHAHA

At an unearthly hour of 4.33 am, I've completed a 13-episodes t-drama! Brown Sugar Macchiato! 黑糖瑪奇朵

Starring Bang Bang Tang and Hei Se Hui Mei Mei.

Ohhh and because of this! I've a new FAVOURITE!!! WANGZI! :)

Awww~ HAHAS!!

Next up... hmm... Back to Kdrama, the rest of the Tdramas don't look attractive.

Yesterday was helping out at the Singapore Media Awards judging at Orchard Hotel with some lobang from Sarah, cos the company she's workin for short of staff so since i'm free, i went to work for a day. HAHA. So my job compared to the rest of the temporary staff is VERY RELATIVELY simple! Half of the day did receptionist and then when the judges are out on breaks i've got 'catch' them to do little video interviews. AHHA! Of cos met some very nice people. 1 lady i've met left me a deep impression. From the way she carries herself to the way she speaks.Wahla! it's like when she walks past there's air.

OOHH! DONE WITH THREE DADS ONE MOM! Finally!

Couldn't wait any longer for them to repair those few problematic episodes, so instead went to download that particular episode's subtitles and watch it raw. HAHA!

Its a very funny show! Though sometimes it's quite silly and dumb. AH! it's kinda show i'll watch. Romance and funny!

Next up! I think I'll change dish and watch t-drama: taiwanese. :) Maybe Brown Sugar Macchiato ?

National Science Challenge 2008!

Today, with some lobang from Mengyeow, Soonwei and i, the 3 of us stood in for the National Science Challenge 2008 rehearsal and we represented Bukit Panjang Goverment High School! HAHA! And our competitors are Victoria School, Catholic High and 1 more co-ed branded school i-cant-remember-the-name. See the feeling of even saying the name feeeeels so different from say I'm from Peicai Secondary. LOL. Owells~ it's the brains la.

So during this period of 4 hours, we had to answer some questions (But the questions are relatively easy and general, nothing related to science) as well la. Why? To test if the computer system is working, the ting-ting button, the keyboard etc are working. And of course other stuffs more media-related like how/where should the presenter/host walk out, are the script/questions in correct order, lighting and camera movement/angles etc.

The feeling of being there and see the rehearsal as it went on, felt very nostalgia cos the last time i've been there was with my class to witness the recording of Huang Jin Nian Hua for Production Practicum module. aww~

Alrights DRAMAS!!!! ha, i'm high on dramas now. Especially Korean. :)

Just got back from Weiming's 21st Birthday celebration at his chalet. Ice-cream Swensens Cookies and Cream Cake, *Yummy :)

Met Simin there and was surprised that she knows Weiming too HA! Turns out to be Weiming's her boyfriend's year 1 classmate. Oh-i-see HAHA Caught up a little with Siti and Serene. Long time no see and talk even before Graduation, big change in them! HAHA. It's good news they are happily attacted now.

Alrightys back to my addiction; dramas! :)

So while waiting for the krama - Three dads One Mom to repair some problematic episodes, I've just completed one japanese one instead - Absolute Boyfriend : Zettai Kareshi.

11 Episodes in all, so it's not very draggy.

Synopsis: Robot maker, Kronos Heaven (Company, Research firm), finally develops "Night Tenjo", the perfect male humanoid programmed to be devoted and completely loyal to his lover. The company chooses temp worker Izawa Riko to take part in a 5-day free trial. At first, Riko only sees Night as a household appliance. But when she finds out how deep Night's devotion to herself is, Riko finds herself falling in love with him. Joining the love triangle is Asamoto Soshi, a distinguished young executive at her company who has feelings for her.

One of the lead actors is Saito Tomohiro (below) who had starred in Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (Japanese version of 花樣少年少女 / Hua Yang Shao Nian Shao Nu) as Nanba Minami (Dorm Leader).

Towards to the end, I thought Riko was very silly to give up her chance to go Paris with Soshi to learn more about pastry-making because of the robot lover, Night. But I realised Night though he's a robot, he's beginning to have feelings of a human and when he 'died' (computer system crashed) I was sad. Aiyo, I don't know how to explain it here, but watch it! Like hmm... when a human knows that his life is numbered he will try to his best to make his partner happy and etc til the last moment he will go quietly.

6 Peace 2000!

Before i met the 6 peace girls for dinner at Chomp Chomp, i had a date with Jingying at Bugis. HA! Some 2 person approached her if she was interested in doing a hair-show for them. Oh, they're from Monsoon.

Roamed around in bugis and the village, took 133 back to my place's bus-stop then walked to Chomp Chomp at gardens! HA! Hey I walked there ok. HAHA! Kinda good excercise 'cos its a distance. 15 - 20 minutes walk and I was on time! FIRST! haha

Had 'shared' dinner with Kristine, Sarah-Marie and Christabel. Shared as in order a few main and of cos SHARE! AHHA! Had Sugarcane drinks, the Jumbo cup, Hokkien Prawn noodles, Satay, Stingray and something else i just cant remember now.

Headed off to Forlick for a healthy yogurt dessert! Ordered Jumbo too! HAHA! Oh we'luv sharing. AHHA! Finally Andrena came and we headed off to OGLC to look-see, on the way took some (too many) pictures. HAHA!

Yes, for some pictures we stood in the middle of the road! HAHA! And sometimes when a car is approaching it's headlights do our pictures GOOD! HAHA! (provide us with extra lightings :) )

Anyways, this meet-up was for Kristine and Sarah cos they will be leaving for Perth next Sunday to further study, literally further from home as well. But at the thought of it, is it cool? How i wish i could too! Hahas. Now that i think back, my bbq birthday celebration last year was indeed fruitful! Now i'm back in touch with these friends whom i haven't seen/spoken to since PSLE, some 7-8 years ago. So glad :)
