few days since i last blogged...
suddenly i feel so tired of having to serve all kinds of people everyday. of course, when you meet those friendly and kind customers, it feels so encouraging to work. however, if you meet customers who are short-tempered or unreasonable, it feels so discouraging and upset. now i truely understand why my tutor said human resource and customer service are the most difficult departments to work in.
these few days i met really unreasonable people. i was so upset, but, i still need to control my feelings and present my best service to them. haiis.
on the other hand, i met a really friendly couple today. =) they kept make fun of each other. lols. cute couple! the husband was teasing the wife of having no knowledge on IT. when i was helping her, she was thanking me NON-STOP! and after that, she started chatting with me, asking how old am i, where am i studying etc. she even wants to treat me tea! hahas. i felt so happy serving them.
there was also another auntie who asked what time did we start work. and she was shocked to hear that we had been standing for HOURS. and she asked me to faster find a seat. LOL.
a lot of things came to my mind when i was sitting by the sea yesterday. i dun wish to say anymore, cause i just don't feel really good. and i guess i disappointed him again today. haiis. i'm losing confidence againnn.. but i'm reminding myself every minutes, every seconds not to make the same mistake again. sometimes i really don't know what am i thinking......
