now here i am blogging the latest update of my life.hahax!
so here it goes...
"ever since working in Bishan CPF Board for the past few days, i have met many people from all walks of life." does it sounds like "once upon a time, there was a blah blah blah..."hahax.just like some fairytale.heehex.but sad to say, mine is no fairytale, just an ordinary, whatever tale.HAHA!

anyway, lets continue.shall just talk about today, because there are soo many interesting incidents happening in a day and i am too tired to list them out again.
sooo..in the early morning, i attended to a 50+ years old aunty.she is very concerned about where her entitlements (amount of money the Government is giving to the different groups of people: Progress Package) are going to be credited to.so after explaining to her, she was very grateful and kept thanking me about it, but my throat was itcy lor, so i coughed alittle. she was so concerned that she actually bought 2 bottles of mineral water for me and my partner!!!but we cant accept.the 2 bottles are still sitting on the chair in the room.HAHAX! but anyway, THANKS AUNTY!
next, in the afternoon i attended to a mute and deaf customer, i have had.hmm.problems communicating and guess wat.we did what jingying did to her customer!HAHA! we communicated via WRITTING. you may think this is hilarious, but this is the only way we can communicate.i do not know much about sign language, so i cannot understand him.he cannot speak and hear, so he also cannot understand me. so this case took a longer time to settle.but the feeling of completing this case was more satisfying, maybe because this was more challenging. =)
finally, in the late afternoon, i met a uncle and aunty.both of them have the same problem (they are NOT husband and wife) they kept asking and asking and asking.at the end of the day.its the same lor.hiax..sad case.spend 15+ donkey minutes asking the same thing.
still.after handling so many cases for the past few days, the most difficult cases are the bankrupty ones.the only few customers whom left a very deep impression in me, was 1 aunty who wanted to reward me 10 bucks for helping her, another ah ma for wanting to buy me lunch, and the aunty for buying drinks for us.THANK YOU for appreciating us =)
