Also what’s up with me these days? Been rather and REALLY busy with the applications to varsity. I have successfully applied 2 varsities yesterday and now I am praying really hard to enter the 1st choice – NTU’S ADM. The portfolio and video required, no especially the video took almost half of my life away, I swear. It’s like another FYP! Hmm… come to think of it, actually this is harder for FYP is a 5 persons’ job, but this is 1 person’s =x) HAHA! Took like 4 whole days to do, even skipping sleep on Tuesday and Wednesday to finish. (That explains my 17hours hibernation from last night. HA, neither my skin nor my new laptop can’t take it either :P) Now I understand what I have been advised – Animation is a very long, tension and painful process. Totally agree to that because I did cut-out animation for the requirement. -.-
However as much as it’s not enjoyable, I am glad that at least I have tried. :) Also thanks to Jacelyn. I would say she is my saviour and I have officially tired out her printer =x. Opps, hahas, sorry about that.
Mom was very kind to cancel her afternoon lessons to fetch me to the 2 varsities to apply yesterday. Oyes, yesterday was the deadline as well. I’m so glad, because the journey to the 2 is VERY far. And she said this sentence again to me, “I see the way you work, there’s no day and night in your life. And seeing you switched on the computer and light for more like 24 hours, if my electricity bill goes up this month, you’ll have to pay the increase.” HAHA! Then I replied, “I don’t care and all these will be nothing if I were to be accepted by ADM! Then you should be happy leh! HAHA!”
In any case, I am hoping, crossing my fingers and toes and praying hard, to enter ADM! I will be heading to the temples soon to pray too, probably during the weekends, when my mom is free too.
Hmm… Result for last semester is out. Not exactly great, but yet not disappointing as well. At least it managed to pull up my GPA by a little from the last second semester. Seeing the grades now, I’m quite unhappy with the last second semester’s grades as they were the ones which pulled down my overall GPA by about 0.2. AND THIS IS A BIG ISSUE! AHHH!!! Ok fine, I am still slightly above the 3 mark so I should be happy. Alrights, by the way, I met a cute guy yesterday at the varsity. HAHAS! :P
Speaking of that, back to VALENTINE’S DAY! As I was saying, 14th February is much of a depressing day for singles like me. Sighs… How did I spend my day? HAHAS. I spent it with 17 Japanese high-schoolers. Mixed of course, girls and guys. Job was to bring them to places they wanted to go. (There was a itinerary to follow, and that included, Chinatown, Orchard, and the Asian Civilisation Museum) Something to be regretful about is that I have forgotten to get their emails so that they can sent the pictures to me!! AHHH! And I didn’t bring my cam to take pictures with them -.-. Just Great.
About a month + 6 days more to the graduation ceremony ;)
Oh, and before I forget, IT'S YEN XIN'S AND XIANG YI'S TWENTY! haha
