Why is missArella still so quiet? Just what's wrong?
I think i'm alittle hooked on ISWAK 2 again. Just a little tinny litttle bit. hehe
I'm going to start work next week. So that means this week is my last week for relaxation and etc etc etc BooHooo...
I swallow tablets only when food in my mouth. This is how i swallow tablets: 1) Take a piece of plain bread, you know those that comes in a loaf? Square-d shaped. 2) Pinch and peel a corner of it. 3) Chew Chew Chew. Till it has become a state whereby you're able to swallow it. 4) Pop in the tablet. Make sure it's near to the throat. 5) HURRY take big gurps of water and SWALLOW everything thats in the mouth! 6) To kill the bitter aftermath taste of the medicine, continue eating the remaining piece of bread and drink finish the entire cup of H2O. haha! Am i weird? I just can't swallow tablets alone. My stomach will automatic reject it if i took it alone. HAHA That's why i always prefer liquid ones. :)
Boo! It's always this time of the year July/August, that when the weather become scotchy, breakouts OCCUR! Arghhhh! ZITS GO AWAY LA! then again, that's 50% of whats contributing to the breakouts. the remaining 50% are always 1) keeping late nights continously (like trying to keep up with my dramas and sleep at an average time of 4am) 2) Diet problem, OILY/FRIED FOOD (but sometimes they are just unresistable :() 3) Stress. 4) the most important factor: I just don't have good genes.
I'm still Fat. Why am I still the same size, when i've already cut down on my diet? hmm... More like i've been skipping out on proper food for dinner for almost 6 days/week. Settling down on lighter and healthier food like APPLE! SOYA BEANCURD! But why still no reduction? So sad.
Anyways, much better now, just left the stuffed nose and itchy throat to treat. HAHA and i'm having abit of hearing problem cos of the stuffed nose. ENT what to do.
